Privacy Policy

FinBoard Ltd. (“Frog.Finance, we, our or us”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive when you use Service. This Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the Service or through our Partners’ platforms (as defined in the Terms and Conditions), or when you access or use any content made available through the Service, or that we collect on your behalf as part of the Service.

This Log Data may include, but is not limited to, your computer’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, the web page you were visiting before you came to the Service and information you search for on the Service;

We use “persistent cookies” to save your username and login password for future logins to the Service.   4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

• Disclosure by us of your information. You authorize us to share your non-personally identifiable information to other users of the same account within the Service.

If you completely delete all such information, your account may be deactivated. Subject to applicable law, we may retain any deleted information in our records and use such information pursuant to our policies as then in effect.

  In addition, we may delete any information provided by you or related to you, pursuant to our policies as then in effect.

  6. Security

  We are concerned with safeguarding your Personal Identifiable Information. We employ a variety of measures designed to protect your Personal Identifiable Information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, we do not promise that any information or private communications will be protected from unauthorized disclosure or use.

  You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private.
