Why is my feed not updating (using Desjardins Bank in Canada)?
I'm connected with Desjardins Bank in Canada and I'm having problems. My Checking account isn't loading and the feed isn't updating. It's been like that for a while.
I can tell you from my experience that some banks just don’t sync well with Xero. Your bank may be one of them.
If nothing else works you should import CSV files.
We usually have no problems with banks.
