What envelopes to use when sending invoices?
I don’t know, I simply email all my invoices, I never send them by mail. It’s easier, saves a lot of time and better for the environment…
But if you must send by mail, I would try to move the address format line.
I use regular letter envelopes. I never had a problem printing on them.
The problem is that some of my clients prefer to get the invoices by mail.
It would save me a lot of time if I could find the right envelopes so that the addresses fit on them.
Here’s what you should do:
When you want to print on your envelopes, after you click ‘Print’, a preview page opens with a few options. See that there’s a check box that says ‘fit to page’. Uncheck this check box and try to print. This should work.
Another ‘low-tech’ solution for you would be to simply print the addresses on stickers and then stick them on the envelopes…
