How to connect my email service in QB?

Can anyone help me understand how to set up an email service in quickbooks? I use Outlook.

If you want to set up in QB desktop –
Make sure you have the following information:
Your internet service provider username, password, incoming email server address, incoming email server type and outgoing email server address.
Then set up Outlook in QB desktop.
Then click the ‘Edit’ menu -> ‘Preferences’ -> Send forms’.
Select ‘Outlook’ and click ‘OK’.

That should do the job.
