Can a person creating the payment batch on Telpay (for QBO) direct funds to their personal account without the payment batch approver seeing any information to flag them of wrongdoing?

Telpay for QBO doesn't show info for bill payment payees, only a change in banking info.

I think that the name on the bank account has to match the information from Telpay, otherwise it won’t be processed.
