What accounting software syncs all Ecommerce sale channels (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy etc.), inventory and payroll together automatically?


If you want a free software I’d recommend Wave Accounting and they do have a few apps that sync some things up, but they still don’t offer classes or project classification, which my clients can’t live without.

People recommend Bench, but I let the free apps do the work, instead of having to pay someone to do something I can pull myself and sync to QBO with a couple clicks. pulling a manual statement went out with high button shoes.

If you’re not looking for a free software then QB Enterprise and Fishbowl work okay, but I’m not finding the best one I’ve heard about on my google search… I’ll have to keep looking.

QBO will sync sales channels with additional apps, but I would not use them for payroll I use Square for that part.

Webgility Unify sync all your sales channels into Quickbooks but they are pretty expensive for what you get, there are cheaper ways. I suggested using Webgility to a couple clients I have, and of course I told them the price, and they thought I was crazy! I replied don’t shoot the messenger!

There are several alternatives that I’ve looked at recently – The new Paypal connection with QBO works pretty well, its free. For Shopify you could try Exportly I believe it’s $10 per month with a 15 day free trial. But after extensive research with Exportly I’ve found it doesn’t work as good as it should so I would recommend using SaasAntinstead. For Amazon & Etsy, I’ll have to check my notes for what I found to be more reasonable.

For Amazon I was looking at a2x but I thought their pricing was too high jumping from the mini to starter plans. for Etsy using QBO you could try Etsy by Sush.io at $9.99 a month, but you can use Wave Accounting free for Etsy. There’s a new sync option for CrateJoy for $14.95 a month, I believe both Stripe, Square have free app integration with QBO.

I use the “Connect to PayPal” app with QBO for a couple clients. Some people complain that it pulls only 80% of the data, but I haven’t had any problems with it. So I guess it’s hit or miss on this one. I wouldn’t enter anything manually I’d just export a csv file from Paypal and import the missing data using an importer tool. I don’t know anyone who manually enters data anymore. I use the desktop version, and if I was only getting 80% of the data, then I wouldn’t use the Paypal app, I’d just import everything myself.
