How to fill my calendar with sales calls for my bookkeeping business?

The biggest killer in business, by far… Is white space on a calendar.

If you don’t have a pipeline that’s consistent and predictable, you face the risk of burnout.

Because, if you don’t have a calendar full of people you can talk to, you will fall back to giving huge discounts in order to incentivize people to sign up for your bookkeeping services.

Why is that a problem?
[1] You will have a bunch of low-paying clients that are excruciatingly demanding of your time. Burnout!
[2] You will have no time to actually put yourself out there and find high-paying clients that would love to work with you.
[3] You will be treated as an employee rather than an authority figure in your industry.

So, it’s essentially a flywheel of negative consequences.

… If you’re looking to get away from this and use your time in a way that generates sales calls every single day of the week, focus on just one strategy and go all in on that.

Don’t worry about networking events, asking friends and family for referrals, asking for clients on UpWork, signing up to online job boards…

It’s all a waste of time.

You need to choose just one strategy, and fixate all your energy on that.

It’s all about singular focus i.e. You need to be doing fewer things for more effect instead of doing more things with side effects.
