How do you sync Square accounts to QBO?
Square’s sync is really bad.
I stopped syncing and instead I put everything that comes through the bank as sales. Then do a monthly journal entry to adjust for fees and sales tax. No need for a sync when you have the bank feeds set up. If there are payouts or shorts I enter those as well. I don’t see the need to duplicate the information. I can do a Profit and Loss in QBO and use Square for sales reports.
