Can you share your strategies for helping small businesses grow?
One of the simplest ways is to just start asking them questions, to understand what they are doing, what they’ve tried and what thoughts they have for the future. They are the expert in their business. They actually know many of the answers or will have ideas of where to go next.
What you can do is help them be heard, work through their thoughts, then come up with the next action step to grow. Then be a help in holding them accountable.
